Common Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

1. Wagering Requirements

Before making a withdrawal, you are required to wager your deposit at least once.

  • Example: If you deposited 100 SEK, you must place bets totaling at least 100 SEK before requesting any withdrawal.

  • As per our terms and conditions:
“In order to withdraw any amount of money from a player's account, the total amount of the deposit must be wagered at least once. Forseti reserves the right to impose a 30% administrative fee if any circumstance authorised by them warrants a withdrawal before the total amount is wagered.”

2. Payment Method Used

For security and simplicity, you must use the same payment method and account for withdrawals as you did for deposits.

  • Example: If you deposited with Trustly, the withdrawal must also be completed with Trustly.

  • Policy reminder: “Withdrawals go through the payment method used for deposits whenever possible.”
