Please Note: To request a withdrawal, you must first remember that the minimum amount is 100kr.
First, you need to press the yellow button that shows your balance.
This will open a sidebar, showing your balance, click on ‘Withdraw’.
On this page you can see your balance at the top. At the bottom, type in the amount you want to withdraw. Then you need to choose a payment method, Trustly or Swish. Choose the method used for your last deposit to be available for withdrawal.
It's that simple! If all the information is correct, your withdrawal will be requested and a confirmation page will follow.
When your withdrawal is pending, all you have to do is wait until the money is in your bank account. Please note that our withdrawals are super fast, but may take some time to process.
